Buttercups Ballet is an original cyanotype print capturing the delicate dance of buttercups swaying in the Summer breeze. The subtle yellow hues come from the petals themselves, gently smudged into the paper, creating a natural pigment that will softly fade with time. To preserve a lasting memory, a touch of yellow watercolor paint is added, serving as a subtle reminder that these vibrant blooms will return again next year.

This is an original cyanotype, captured in June using buttercups and cyanotype printing on watercolour paper. (300gsm acid-free paper). The blue may vary in reality due to photo and screens.
