‘Wild about the Castle’ is the first in a new line of designs to incorporate a photo of the Black Castle and Travelahawk Beach, Wicklow together with imprint of the wild flowers that grow there - Buttercups and Sea Thrift. I aim to capture the movement of the wild flowers in the wind on the silk. The buttercups blooms are coming to an end soon so this is a limited edition scarf.

My sun-printed scarves are inspired by the elements of nature. Each hand painted in a light sensitive cyanotype solution and exposed to sunlight using ferns collected near the sea.
